Ryadh FarouziUnderstand the business.Translate the need.Make the solution real.

I work between software, operations and product. I start from a real problem, turn it into clear requirements and help build the solution — as an apprentice at SYSOPS and as co-founder of Freelancyfy.

  1. Technology

    01

I contribute technically: web applications with Next.js and React, data work with PHP, SQL and Supabase, testing and debugging.

I can read, write and discuss code — not just specify it.

  2. Business

    02

I understand how companies operate: business software, quotes, documents and reporting, working with client companies, notably in construction.

I spot where a process loses time, and why.

  3. Execution

    03

I move things forward: prioritising, coordinating, testing, folding in feedback — from product vision to MVP.

I connect the business goal to what actually ships.

01Selected work

Three places where engineering meets business.

One ongoing venture and two sides of my professional experience. The visuals are illustrations and diagrams, not screenshots: client information stays confidential.

A SaaS that brings freelancers' and small agencies' business operations into one workspace, instead of a pile of disconnected tools. I lead the product vision and the MVP's technical decisions.

02About

A technical foundation. A growing focus on the business.

My computer science education — a BUT Informatique in software development at IUT Paris Rives de Seine, followed by a master's-level programme at ESGI as an apprentice — gave me solid foundations: design, build, test.

Professional experience shifted my attention. At SYSOPS, I've seen that a technical problem is often an organisational, data or process problem. With Freelancyfy, I've taken on questions that go beyond code: who the product is for, what gets built first, how it will find its users.

Today I position myself as an IT & Business Analyst, aiming to grow into business operations management, project and product leadership, and technology-driven business development.

05How I work

From the need to a tool people use.

The same approach whether it's configuring business software or building a product feature. Each step produces something concrete.

  1. 01

    Understand the problem

Start from the real situation: who is stuck, at which step, with which tool.

    OutputA clearly stated problem

  2. 02

    Analyse the requirements

Separate the need from the request; surface constraints: data, existing tools, deadlines.

    OutputPrioritised requirements

  3. 03

    Design the solution

Pick the simplest answer: configure, adjust a process, or build.

    OutputA reasoned solution

  4. 04

    Build or coordinate

Build it myself, or scope the work with the right people.

    OutputA usable version

  5. 05

    Test and improve

Check with users, fold in feedback, adjust.

    OutputIterations grounded in real use
